2021

I am constantly seeking a deeper understanding of myself. The abyss, with its endless depths and unknown mysteries, represents the parts of myself that I am not yet aware of. I find great pleasure in exploring myself and wished to create a beautiful piece that can inspire others to look within themselves, embrace the abyss of their own emotions, and find beauty and meaning in the unknown. I was inspired by the waves of the ocean and used this inspiration to create a flowing piece on my body.

  • I created this piece through textile manipulation techniques, including dying, hand-sewing, and slashing. Through hands-on experience, I explored the concepts of fabrication and materiality.
